5 lb lean hamburger
2.5 t cracked black pepper
2.5 t hickory salt
5 t curing salt
2.5 t mustard seed
2.5 t garlic salt
1. Mix well & refrigerate for 24 hours.
2. Divide into 5 equal parts and shape into oblong rolls about 2" diameter.
3. Place on broiler pan & bake 8 hours at 150 degrees.
4. Turn after 4 hours.
5. Wrap and refrigerate.
