1 quart milk
1 stick butter
1 pint oysters, with liquor
1 t salt
Dash oepper
1. Heat milk, butter, salt and pepper. Do NOBoil or your milk will curdle.
2. Add oysters and continue to cook until edges curl.
3. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
