1 quart milk
1 stick butter
1 pint oysters, with liquor
1 t salt
Dash oepper

Cooking Instructions:

1. Heat milk, butter, salt and pepper. Do NOBoil or your milk will curdle.
2. Add oysters and continue to cook until edges curl.
3. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
