3 cups Bisquick (Heart Smart ok)
¼ cup celery, diced
¼ cup onion, diced
1 cup boxed dry stuffing mix
½ teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 cup chicken stock (1 T more at a time if mix is too dry)
¼ cup dried cranberries or figs (optional)
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
2. Coat baking sheet with cooking spray, and set aside.
3. In a large bowl, combine biscuit mix, diced vegetables, poultry seasoning, and stuffing mix.
4. Add in chicken stock, and stir just until dough forms. Add more chicken stock a tablespoon at a time if mixture is too dry.
5. Stir in dried fruit if using.
6. Drop biscuits on greased cookie sheet, and bake 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
