1-8oz block of cream cheese, room temp
1-14oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 c peanut butter
1 c 10x sugar
1-8oz cool whip, thawed
chocolate graham crackers or assorted wafers
1. Combine milk & cream cheese; beat with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.
2. Add peanut butter & 10x sugar; mix until blended.
3. Add 1/2 of cool whip and mix til smooth.
4. Fold in remaining cool whip and mix just until blended.
5. Put in serving bowl & refrigerate 4 hours. Garnish with chocolate graham cracker crumbs, if desired. Serve with chocolate graham crackers or wafers for dipping.
(Cook's note: This can also be used as pie filling and will fill 2 standards chocolate pie shells.)
