Coconut Cream Pie Dip: Submitted by: Vickie | Date Added: 1 Aug 2017 Ingredients:

1-15oz can cream of coconut
1/4 c milk
1-lg (5.1) box instant vanilla pudding mix
1-14oz can sweetened condensed milk
2 c sweetened flaked coconut, toasted & divided
1-8ox tub cool whip, thawed
graham cracker or shortbread cookies for dipping

Cooking Instructions:

1. Add cream of coconut & milk and mix on medium speed until smooth.
2. Add pudding mix & milk and mix until thoroughly combined.
3. Fold in a heaping c of toasted coconut and cool whip & mix just until combined.
4. Serve with graham crackers or shortbread cookies.

(Cook'ks note: This can be used as a pie filling & will fill 2 prepared pie shells.
