24 ounces cooked, deveined cocktail shrimp
3 8-oz packages cream cheese
3 T horseradish
3 T chopped onion
1 1/3 c pimento cheese
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir until everything is mixed together.
2. Refrigerate for at least one hour.
3. Serve with assorted crackers and/or on top of cucumber slices.
