fresh Chesapeake Rockfish Fillets
Mayonnaise (use real Mayo for best taste)
Old Bay or Jo Spice


Cooking Instructions:

1. Place your fillets on oiled or Pam covered aluminum foil
2. Cover the Fillets with a 1/2" of Mayo
3. Sprinkle with Old Bay or JO seasonings
4. Grill until fillets are flaky and Mayo starts to brown up (8 to 10 minutes)
