2-3 (15 oz each) cans dark kidney beans, rinsed & drained
1/2 - 1 c onion, chopped
3/4 - 1 c sweet pickles, diced
3-4 hard-boiled eggs, diced
2 T cider vinegar
2-3 T sugar
1. Combine all ingredients and keep refrigerated.
(Cook's note: I also like to add dill weed & and a little garlic powder.)
