3/4 T soy sauce
3/4 T fish sauce
1 t sugar
1/2 t pepper
1/4 c onion pieces
2/3 lb flank steak or rib eye, sliced 1/4 - 1/2 in thick & about 3-4 inches long

Cooking Instructions:

1. Marinate steak with all ingredients for a couple of hours or over night.
2. Deep fry steak & onion in medium heat until golden (Can be made in the oven or in a dehydrator).
