1 - lb thin spaghetti, cooked & drained
Mix:
1.5 lbs raw shrimp, peeled & deveined
3 t paprika
3 cloves garlic
1/4 t red pepper flakes
Make sauce & set aside:
1/2 c mayo
1/2 c Thai sweet chili
2 cloves garlic, minced
2t lime juice
Red pepper flakes
1 t Sriracha sauce (optional)
Stir fry shrimp in evoo, 7-10 minutes. Combine pasta, shrimp and sauce. Garnish with fresh parley.
