1/4 c butter
1/4 c flour
1 c half & half
1 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1/4 c sherry
1-lb backfin crabmeat, shells picked
3/4 c cheddar cheese
Butter bread crumbs
Butter pats
1. Preheat oven to 375. Melt butter over low heat. Stir in flour, cream, salt pepper & sherry.
2. Add cheese and crabmeat.
