1-lb bulk pork sausage
5 eggs, hard boiled and peeled
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c bread crumbs or panko
1. Preheat oven to 450. Divide sausage into 5 equal portions.
2. Flatten sausage and wrap around an egg.
3. Dip wrapped egg in beaten egg, then bread crumbs to cover well.
4. Eggs can be refrigerated at this point until the next day, or, Bake 30 minutes until sausage is no longer pink.
