9 oz lump crab, picked
1/2 c panko
1 egg, beaten
1 egg white
1 T mayo
1 t dijon
2 T chives
2 T parsley
1 T lemon juice
1/2 t Old Bay
1/8 t paprika
dash Tabasco sauce
1/8 t kosher salt

Cooking Instructions:

1. Combine all ingredients except crab meat; Fold in crab.
2. Gently shape in to round, flattened patties, using about 1/2 c mixture for patties.
3. Cook patties on Pam sprayed waffled iron and cook 3-4 minutes, until lightly browned.
