1.5 t lime zest
1/4 c lime juice
2 T honey
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1/4 t red pepper flakes
3 T oil
1 small head of red cabbage, shredded (about 3/4 lb)
1 c shredded carrots (about 2 c)
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1/2 c fresh cilantro leaves
1. Whisk first 7 ingredients.
2. Gradually whisk in oil until blended.
3. Combine remaining ingredients, except cilantro and refrigerate for 2 hours.
4. Sprinkle with cilantro just before serving.
