2 T evoo
4 t lemon juice
1 T Worcestershire sauce
2 t dried oregano
1 t each of onion powder, garlic powder and pepper
1/2 t ground mustard
4 boneless pork chops
1. Place pork chops in large zip lock baggie.
2. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over pork chops.
3. Marinate in refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight.
4. Drain, discard marinade and grill, broil or pan fry pork chops, 4-5 minutes, until pork is 145 degrees. Let sit 5 minutes before serving.
