3 large cans of green beans, drained
1 medium onion, chopped
6 slices of bacon, chopped
1/4 c sugar
1/4 c Apple cider vinegar
Fry bacon & onion.
Add sugar & vinegar; stir till dissolved; Pour over beans and heat.
Place everything in a casserole dish and bake, uncovered at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
(The original recipe calls for 1/2 c each, vinegar & sugar. I thought it was a little too sweet for my tast so cut it in half. If using a large restaurant sized cans of beans, triple ingredients.)
