1 - 16 oz pkg Nutter Butter cookies
1 - 8 oz pkg cream cheese (room temp)

Cooking Instructions:

Using a food processor, grind the cookies to crumbs. (or use a dry blender)

Mix the 2 ingredients in a bowl with a fork until blended. Roll into balls using a small scoop making sure that no white remains.

Refrigerate until cold.

Truffles can be sprinkled with cocoa, powdered sugar, cookie crumbs, coarse salt, or dipped in melted chocolate.
