Bulgogi (ground beef or ground chicken): Submitted by: Vickie | Date Added: 29 Jan 2021 Ingredients:

1-2 lbs of ground beef or ground chicken(I use 2lbs of ground chicken)
10 cloves garlic, crushed
1 onion, chopped
5 T soy sauce
2 T mirin
1T apricot jam (I substituted 1 small individual serving of peaches; drained and squished wit 3 healthy squirts of ginger)
2 T sugar
1/t pepper
1t sesame oil (optional)

3-5 green onion, sliced
Lettuce leaves

Cooking Instructions:

1. Put meat in large bowl. Add the next 7 ingredients and mix well.
2. Add 1 t oil in large pan or wok and heat pan. Add meat mixture and cook thoroughly. Stir in sesame oil.
3. Serve in lettuce cups. Top with green onions.
