2 (20-oz) cans diced pineapple, drained
1 (10-oz) jar cherries, drained
½ cup brown sugar
1 box yellow cake mix
¾ cup butter, sliced
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly spray a 9×13-inch pan with cooking spray.
2. Pour drained pineapple and cherries into the pan, sprinkle with brown sugar.
3. Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over pineapple.
4. Cover cake mix with butter pieces.
5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
(Cook’s Note: Easy, peasy! I love dump cakes….not only are they delish…but they are my kind of easy!)
