1/4- 1 stick butter, room temp
3/4 - 1 cup sour cream
1 T garlic
1/2 t paprika
1/4 - 1 cup cheddar cheese
1 lb thick bacon, diced in large pieces and cooked
Salt and pepper to taste
green onions
Optional: chopped green pepper, pinch cayenne
3 lbs red potatoes
1 package dry crab boil
1. Boil potatoes in crab boil until tender; drain and put into a large mixing bowl.
2. Mix butter, sour cream and bacon together and stir into hot potatoes.
3. Add salt, pepper & remaining ingredients. Stir in cheddar cheese. Sprinkle with chopped green onions.
4. Serve warm or cold.
