Frank's Buffalo Chicken Dip: Submitted by: Vickie | Date Added: 15 Apr 2015 Ingredients:

2 packages cream cheese
8 oz. prepared ranch dressing
2 -10 oz. cans chicken, drained well
a handful of shredded cheddar

Cooking Instructions:

Melt first 3 ingredients together with a handful of shredded cheddar.

Mix in chicken (I shred it). Pour into baking dish. Sprinkle the top with a light cover of shredded cheddar.

Bake at 375 for 15-20 mins or until cheese on top is melted. Serve with crackers & celery sticks.

(Cook's note: I also sprinkle the top with some crumbled blue cheese! I have even substituted the Ranch for Blue Cheese dressing!)
