Original Bisquick Sausage Balls: Submitted by: Vickie | Date Added: 15 Apr 2015 Ingredients:

1 pound sausage
3 cups Bisquick
4 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp rosemary
1/2 tsp parsley
1/2 cup milk

Cooking Instructions:

Mix all ingredients together. Shape into balls. (Use a cookie scoop for uniform balls!)

Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes.

(Cook's Note: This is another one of those appetizers that you can prepare ahead of time, freeze individually on a cookie sheet, seal in air tight containers or baggies and bake (frozen) when needed!)
