Loaded Cauliflower: Submitted by: Vickie | Date Added: 15 Apr 2015 Ingredients:

1 lg head of cauliflower, cut into bite size pieces & cooked in salted water for 8-10 minutes; drain.
6-8 strips of bacon, cooked (try cooking it in the over at 400 degrees, 20 minutes)
6 T chives
1/2 c mayo
1/2 c sour cream
2 c shredded Colby Jack cheese
8 oz sliced fresh mushrooms

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat over to 425 degrees.

Combine 1/2 bacon & 1/2 chives with mayo, sour cream, mushrooms, cauliflower & 1/2 cheese.

Place cauliflower mix in Pam sprayed casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese & bacon.

Bake 15-20 minutes.

Top with remaining chives.
