1 package of dry Ranch dressing mix (3T)
2 T red pepper flakes
1.5 c veggie oil ( do not use evoo!)
1 T chili powder

1 box (4 sleeves) Saltine crackers ( off brand ok)

Cooking Instructions:

Mix the 1st 4 ingredients. Pour over crackers. Marinate crackers in large Baggie for at least 45 minutes, turning Baggie every 15 minutes. (It's easier to coat crackers more evenly when you add a 1/4 of the oil mix over 1/4 of the crackers at a time.)
