2 squares (bars) Baker's German Sweet Chocolate
1 egg
1/2 lb ground peanuts
10x sugar
Melt chocolate in double boiler (do not burn!) and remove from heat.
Add egg & peanuts and stir.
Put chocolate a piece of waxed paper and roll chocolate to shape it like sausage links.
Sprinkle rolls with 10x sugar.
Wrap in waxed paper and refrigerate until chocolate is hard.
(Cook's note: This recipe comes from Mollie's paternal Great-Grandmother, Amalia Sadowska, and was handwritten on a piece of paper. It's one of the traditional things I make at Christmas time. If you like chocolate, you should love this!)
