1 - lg can or bag of sauerkraut, rinsed & drained
2 pkg swiss cheese (16 oz), shredded
3 T mayo
4-6 pkg Budding brand corned beef
Mix all ingredients. Spray casserole dish with Pam. Cover and bake at 450 degrees until cheese melts, about 45 minutes.
Serve with rye bread or Triscuit rye crackers.
(Cook's Note: I got this recipe from family when I visited Marshfield, Wisconsin back in the early 80's. Out of all the reuben dips I have tried throughout the years, this is still my favorite! One more trick....I've recently started to drizzle thousand island dressing on top of the cooked mixture....it just gives it that something, something!)
