1 t dry mustard
1 T grated onion
2 T minced parsley
1 clove garlic, pressed
2 T minced dill pickle
2 T capers, drained and patted dry
1 T green onion, minced
Combine all ingredients & mellow for at least 30 minutes.
(Cook's note: When you try this, you'll never want store bought tartare sauce again!)
