2 T lime juice
3 Chipotle peppers in Adobe sauce
1 T Adobe sauce
2 large cloves of garlic, minced
3 T honey
1 T soy sauce
2 t cumin
1/2 c cilantro

Cooking Instructions

Mix all ingredients and marinade pork for several hours or overnight before cooking pork. Pork can be cooked in the oven, crock pot or grilled.
