1-lb green beans, ends trimmed and any strings removed
3 T soy sauce
1 pkg Sweet & Low sugar
1/2 T sesame oil
1 T rice wine vinegar
1/2 c water
Add oil to wok or frying pan; add beans. Add remaining ingredients and stir fry until beans are done to your liking.
(Cook's note: You can also start this dish off by cooking a little bit of ground pork, and then adding beans and remaining ingredients.)
