3-4 c Rotisserie chicken
1/4 c (1/2 stick) unsalted butter
1 c. self rising flour
1 c milk
2 c chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Melt butter & pour it into 9x13 casserole dish
Place chicken on top of butter.
Whisk milk & flour & slowly pour over chicken. DO NOT STIR.
Whisk broth & cream of chicken soup & slowly pour over flour & milk mixture. DO NOT STIR
bAKE UNCOVERED AT 400 DEGREES FOR 35-45 MINUTES.
