2 T. butter
1 pkg. chocolate chips
1 can of Eagle condensed milk
1 jar of dry roasted peanuts
1 regular bag of mini marshmallows
Melt the 1st 3 ingredients in a double boiler until smooth.
Add peanuts and marshmallows and mix fast and well.
Line the bottom of a 13x9 pan with wax paper. Pour mixture into pan and smooth with hand.
Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Cut into squares and store in covered container. (I usually stack the squares between waxed paper so that they don't stick.)
