1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/4 c. milk
1/2. c. sugar
2/3 c. brown sugar, packed
1 c. graham crackers, crushed
Keebler Club crackers
Frosting:
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. butterscotch chips
2/3 c. peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
Bring the first 5 ingredients to a boil, stirring constantly to prevent scorching.
Line the bottom of a 13x9 pan with Club crackers.
Pour cooked filling over top of crackers. Top with another layer of crackers; Set aside.
Mix the 3 frosting ingredients in a small saucepan. Melt & stir until smooth and creamy.
Spread frosting over second layer of Club crackers.
Refrigerate for at least 45 minutes to set frosting.
Cut into bars.
