1 lb. King Crab meat, thawed and shelled
4 flour tortillas, warmed
4 oz. Brie, ripe, diced
4 cups mixed baby lettuce or field greens
1 cup fresh tomato, diced
1 large avocado, diced
4 slices bacon, cooked
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp. fresh dill, chopped
1) Mix the dill and mayonnaise together in a bowl.
2) Place the King Crab meat and brie together in a saute pan; warm over medium heat until cheese starts to melt.
3) Lay out the warm tortillas and spread 1 oz. of the dill/mayo over each.
4) Top with 1/4 of the crab and brie mixture, 1 cup of the lettuce/greens, 1/4 cup diced tomato, 1/2 of the diced avocado, and 1 slice of bacon, crumbled.
5) Fold in the ends and roll up into a cylinder shape.
6) Cut in half at an angle.
Serves: 4
