Bone-in chicken thighs
3 T lemon pepper seasoning
1/2 c flour
For the sauce:
1 t evoo
1/2 t butter
5 cloves garlic, crushed
3/4 c chicken stock
1 t lemon pepper seasoning
1/2 c heavy cream
1/2 c heavy cream
1/2 c Mozzarella or Parmesan
2 T fresh lemon juice
3 green scallions, sliced
Mix lemon pepper seasoning with flour. Toss chicken in flour mixture to coat. Cook chicken skin side down, 4 minutes, uncovered. Sprinkle chicken with 1 more teaspoon of lemon pepper seasoning. Flip chicken and cook 2 more minutes.
Line baking sheet with foil. Lay chicken skin side up on foil in a single layer. Bake at 375 degrees, 15-20 min.
In the meantime, mix the 1st 3 ingredients for sauce in a sauce pan. Sauté 30 seconds.
Add stock, lemon pepper, cream and cheese to combine.
Pour sauce over chicken. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with scallions.
