2 Pie Crust - use deep pie dish like quiche dish
1/4 lb salami
1/4 lb pepperoni
1/4 lb capicolla ham (or prosciutto)
1/4 lb provolone
1/4 lb mozzarella
ALL SLICED THIN
3 hard boiled eggs
3 raw eggs beaten with 1/3 cup grated parmesan or romano
Assembly is easy....use 1/2 of the meats when layering.
Use a deep 9 in pie or quiche dish.
Place 1 pie crust in pie dish. (I use Pillsbury pie crust)
Starting with salami - then cheese then meat then 1/2 of the sliced eggs then meat then cheese - pour 1/2 of the raw egg mixture ....Then start all over ending with the raw eggs, then cover with top pie crust.
Bake about 350 degrees for 45 minutes until crust is golden brown - let cool and Enjoy.
