2 green onions, thinly sliced & divided
1-8oz container of reduced-fat cream cheese
1-6 oz can lump crab meat, drained
1/2 c 2% cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c red pepper, finely chopped
1 T Dijon mustard
crackers for serving
Reserve 2 T onions.
Mix remaining onions with all ingredients (except crackers)!
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Sprinkle with reserved onion before serving.
(Cook's note: Sprinkle with Old Bay if desired!)
