1 large cucumber (I use English cucumbers that don't have seeds)
1 (6.5) oz snow crabmeat (or regular lump crabmeat)
4 T mayo
1.5 t onion, finely grated
1-lg pinch of salt
5 drops Tabasco (I use Frank's)

Cut ends off cucumber and cut into 3 pieces.

Remove seeds & make a large cavity, lengthwise.

Mix remaining ingredients & stuff crab mixture into cucumber cavity.

Wrap with plastic wrap and chill.

Slice into 1/2 in slices to serve.
