2 sweet onions, sliced
3 T Worcestershire sauce
2 T evoo
1/2 c water
salt & pepper to taste
1 c croutons
1/2 c Gruyere cheese, grated
parsly
Place onions, Worcestershire, evoo, water, salt & pepper in a baking dish. Cover & bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes.
Toss croutons with Gruyere, parsley, evoo, salt & pepper. Sprinkle crouton mix over casserole and bake 5 more minutes.
