2 sticks of butter, divided
1/3 c pineapple juice
2 - lbs pineapple chunks
1 yellow cake mix
2 c coconut

Put 1 stick of butter in a baking pan and melt in the oven at 350 degrees for 5 minutes.
Stir in pineapple juice.
Stir in pineapple chunks.
Sprinkle on cake mix.
Add coconut.
Top with 1 stick of butter that has been cut into patties.
Bake 45-60 minutes at 350 degrees, rotating every 15 minutes.
