Ingredients

l load Italian bread
1/4 c butter, melted
6 oz cream cheese, softened
5 T sour cream
5 T mayo
14 oz can artichokes (quartered in brine), drained & chopped
1 package dry Ranch Dressing Mix (3 T)
1/4 t salt
1/4 t pepper
8 oz frozen spinach, thawed and water squeezed out
3/4 c shredded mozzarella, divided

Cooking Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. In medium saucepan, mix cream cheese, sour cream and mayo. Add artichokes, spinach, Ranch dressing mix, salt, pepper & 1/4 c mozzarella cheese (reserve the rest for topping).
3. Slice bread in half, lengthwise. Place cut sides up on a baking sheet.
4. Brush bread with melted butter. Cover with a sheet of foil and bake for 7 minutes.
5. Remove foil. Top bread with dip filling and spread evenly. Top with remaining cheese.
6. Bake 12 minutes, until cheese melts.
7. Cool to room temperature before serving.
