1 large can 100% pumpkin puree
1/2 c brown sugar (more if you have a sweet tooth)
2 T pumpkin pie spice mix
1 can (12 oz) thawed frozen apple juice concentrate
2 pints high proof alcohol (vodka, everclear, moonshine, etc.)
In blender, combine pumpkin, brown sugar, apple juice concentrate and alcohol; Blend till smooth.
Pour into jars, seal & refrigerate.
Shake before serving. Serve with whipped cream if desired.
Keep refrigerated.
