1/2 stick butter, melted
1/2 c Frank's hot sauce
1-lb ground chicken
1 egg
2 stalks celery, finely chopped
1/2 c bread crumbs
1/2 t pepper
Blue cheese dressing & additional celery sticks for dipping.
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Combine butter & hot sauce.
3. In bowl, add chicken, egg, celery, crumbs, pepper & 1/3 of the hot sauce; Mix and form into 10-12 meatballs.
4. Place balls on foil lined cookie sheet; Bake 15-18 minutes.
5. Place meatballs in remaining sauce and serve with blue cheese dressing and additional celery sticks
