1 lb. ground beef
1 egg, beaten
1 small onion, diced
Uncooked Minute Rice
1 head of cabbage
1 large can tomato sauce
1. Mix ground beef, beaten egg, onion and enough uncooked rice to hold everything together. Form into meatballs and brown.
2. When browned, transfer to large pot and add tomato sauce. Slice cabbage into chunks and add to sauce.
3. Simmer for about 1 hour or until cabbage is tender.
(Cook's note: You can add whatever spices you normally would use if making the traditional Stuffed Cabbage.)
