4 1/2 cups Bisquick mix, store-bought or homemade
1 cup lemon lime soda
1 cup sour cream
6-8 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon salt
1. Preheat oven to 425º F.
2. Stir together Bisquick, soda, sour cream and salt in a large bowl. Dough may be sticky.
3. Pour melted butter into baking dish; Swirl dish to cover butter all over the bottom of the dish.
4. Droop small scoopfuls of dough into the buttered baking dish.
5. Bake for 11-13 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown.
6. Let biscuits cool for 10-15 minutes, or until biscuits have absorbed all of the melted butter.
