1.5 lbs Brussels Sprouts, trimmed & halved
2.5 T honey
1 T Sriracha sauce
2 T lime juice
2 T evoo
salt & pepper to taste
In large frying pan, fry Brussels sprouts in evoo for about 5 minutes, cut side down.
Turn sprouts & fry for 3 more minutes.
In separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients and pour over sprouts. Cook an additional 2 minutes.
