1 sleeve club crackers
3/4 c Parmesan
1-lb thin sliced bacon, cut in half
1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
2. Lay crackers face up on a large rack over a baking sheet (or broiler pan).
3. Scoop about 1 teaspoon of the grated Parmesan onto each cracker.
4. Snuggly wrap each cracker with 1/2 piece of bacon, completely covering the cracker and being careful not to knock-off Parmesan from cracker.
5. Place the bacon-wrapped crackers onto the rack. Bake 2 hours.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
