4 large red apples, cubed
splash of lemon juice
1 c chopped celery
1 c raisins
1 c chopped walnuts or pecans
1/2 c mayo
1. In large bowl, combine apples with a splash of lemon juice to prevent browning
2. Add remaining ingredients.
3. Cover and refrigerate several hours until serving.
(Cook's note: You can also add some chopped or shredded chicken to this!)
