6 T evoo
1 T lemon zest
1/4 c fresh lemon juice
1/2 t crushed red pepper
1 apple, diced
2 oz Parmesan
1/3 c toasted, chopped pecans
1 T honey
1 t kosher salt
1/2 t pepper
1. Toss all ingredients in a large bowl. Let stand 5 minutes to all sprouts to lightly wilt.
