Spicy peanut sauce: Submitted by: Vickie | Date Added: 9 Jan 2017
Listed in: International / Thai
Ingredients

⅔ c soy sauce
½ c peanut butter (add more if you like more of a really peanutty sauce)
¼ c honey, brown sugar or coconut/palm sugar
2 T rice vinegar
1 T apple cider vinegar
2-3 t minced garlic
1 t grated ginger

Cooking Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients in a blender and whirl until mixed.
2. Pour into a mason jar and store in the refrigerator.

(Cook's Note: This is a thin, pourable peanut sauce to use for cold noodles, stir fry noodles and noodle dishes, not for dipping. To make a thicker sauce for dipping, reduce soy sauce to ½ c. To increase spicy heat, you can also add red hot pepper flakes."
