3/4 c French Dressing (I use light!)
5 -7 medium potatoes, cubed
1 c celery, diced
1/2 c sweet onion, chopped
4-6 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1/2 c mayo (may need 1-2T more, depending on the number of potatoes)
1 dash pepper
1 dash celery salt
1. Boil potatoes in salted water until tender. Place in salad bowl and add a little salt to taste.
2. Pour French dressing over hot potatoes. Chill at least 2 hours. (I chill overnight!)
3. Add remaining ingredients and carefully mix without mashing potatoes. (I added 1-2 more T mayo, and about 1-2 more T French dressing)
4. Chill several hours before serving.
